You are welcome to return any sound product purchased directly from yogasleep.com within 30 days. You will be refunded for the cost of the product as well as taxes, but not any shipping paid. If Yogasleep requests that the product be returned, we will pay for the return shipping. We do ask that you give our products a chance for up to 30 days because a new and improved sleep experience can take a little getting used to. How do I know when my Rohm needs to be charged?

When your Rohm’s battery is low the indicator LED will blink quickly. While your sound machine is charging, the indicator light will blink slowly. Once your Rohm is fully charged, the indicator light will turn off altogether.

How long does it take for the Rohm to fully charge?

The Rohm will fully charge in 4 hours.

How long can the Rohm run on a full charge?

The Rohm can run up to 8 hours on a full charge.
