Please check to be sure whether or not your Hushh may be locked. If you press the power and select buttons together at the same time for a few seconds you should see the indicator light blink three times. See if you are able to raise and lower the volume. If this does not correct the issue please contact us as we will be more than happy to help!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We do make a Dohm Classic that is 240V and will work in Hong Kong. Our domestic model (120V) should not be used internationally.
