Most of us start our days in a rush. Rushing to get up because we hit the snooze one too many times, dropping kids off at school and fighting traffic to get to work. Breakfast is skipped and lunch may be a small portion of left overs and a snack, definitely not enough to sustain us all day.
Weekdays can sometimes be exhausting. Whether it’s carpool, taking the kids to practice or cooking dinner, it seems that we are always on the go. Now, they say that the weekends are for relaxing, but we all know that isn’t always true. The weekends are for getting all of the stuff done that you don’t have time to get done during the week, like grocery shopping or cleaning the house.
